    Couples Therapy

    I offer Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to help you feel more connected, loved, safe and secure in your relationship. EFT is a research-backed, evidence-based approach to couples therapy and marriage counseling that helps you break out of painful communication patterns and rebuild trust, intimacy, and emotional safety.

    In our work together, we’ll explore the relationship dynamics that keep you stuck, uncover the deeper emotions and create new ways of communicating and connecting that support a more fulfilling, resilient relationship.

    Parenting little kids is such a hard season, but your relationship doesn’t have to suffer. We will work together to create small, simple moments of connection that keep the relationship thriving.

    I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults in California, blending evidence-based and holistic approaches. My work includes Brainspotting, a powerful mind-body technique that helps process unresolved emotional pain stored in the nervous system.

    Using an integrative lens that includes attachment theory, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation, I help you build self-trust, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate greater clarity and self-compassion.

    I offer in person and online individual therapy across California, and I specialize in supporting sensitive, self-aware individuals who are ready to create meaningful change from the inside out.
