About Me

I didn’t become a couples therapist by accident—this work is deeply personal to me.

I grew up in a family impacted by divorce, and from a young age I became fascinated by what makes relationships thrive and what causes them to break down. I learned early that most people aren’t hurting because they don’t love each other—they’re hurting because they don’t know how to reach each other when it matters most.

Years later, becoming a wife and a mom of two little kids made that understanding even more real. No one prepares you for how quickly connection can disappear under sleepless nights, shifting identities, and the constant pressure to keep everything together. I’ve lived that tension of loving your partner deeply while feeling miles apart.

Those experiences shaped my passion for helping couples and individuals rebuild safety, closeness, and emotional connection—not through perfection, but through presence, compassion, and the courage to show up differently.

Today, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and trauma-informed therapy for individuals, including Brainspotting, supporting clients through communication struggles, attachment wounds, new parenthood, and the moments when life feels heavier than one heart can hold.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships—and that repair is possible, even when things feel stuck.

If you’re ready to feel more connected—to yourself or to each other—I’d be honored to support you.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my wonderful husband, playing with my two incredible kids, reading and baking sourdough bread.
