I help couples and individuals in California move from disconnection and emotional overwhelm to deeper connection and emotional security—but my passion for this work is also personal.
As a wife and a mom of two little ones, I understand how easy it is for even the strongest relationships to get stretched thin. The mental load, the exhaustion, the constant giving—suddenly the two people who love each other the most barely have space to reach for one another. I’ve lived that tension of wanting to feel close, but not knowing where to begin.
I also come from a family of divorce, and that experience shaped my belief that relationships don’t fall apart because people stop loving each other—they often just stop knowing how to find each other. Supporting couples through the chaos of early parenthood and the tender work of reconnection is the heart of why I do what I do.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and trauma-informed therapy for individuals, including Brainspotting. I help clients move through relationship conflict, communication struggles, attachment wounds, and major life transitions—especially the shift into new parenthood.
My approach is warm, grounded, and integrative. I don’t take sides; I help both partners feel seen and understood.
